You can return your product if:

The request is made within 3 days of delivery

The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Tags and packaging are intact

The return is approved by our team after reviewing your request


❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

Customized items (e.g., stitched blouses, altered sarees, fall-pico work)

Final sale / clearance items

Products that are damaged, washed, or worn

Return requests made after 3 days


📝 How to Request a Return

1. Fill out our Return Request Form within 3 days of delivery

2. Upload a clear image of the product and provide your order details

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

4. If approved, you will be asked to ship the product to our return address

5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund/store credit


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or wrong

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable


💳 Refund or Exchange

Refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit

Exchanges can be provided based on product availability
